Institutional DURA Request for the All of Us Research Program's Researcher Workbench

Thank you for your interest in the All of Us Researcher Workbench. Before you can gain access, your institution must agree to the All of Us Data Use and Registration Agreement (DURA). At this time, only academic institutions, health care institutions, not-for-profit organizations, and government entities are eligible to apply for a DURA. Please complete this form, which can take around 30 minutes to finish, so that the All of Us Access Team can work with your institutional signing official to execute this agreement. The agreement will be with Vanderbilt University Medical Center, one of the awardees of the All of Us Data and Research Center.
